Crafted using only white grapes including Chardonnay, Sémillon and Colombard sourced from the finest vineyards in the illustrious wine country of South Australia. This dry Sparkling Blanc de Blancs from Plus & Minus wines has all of the delicious characters, aroma, taste and mouthfeel of a classic sparkling white wine.

Minus the alcohol, but plus antioxidants from grape seed extract for the added health and skin benefits.

Expect a dry sparkling with vibrant flavours and notes of citrus and apple and a cleansing acid finish.
