Orange and baked pear, ginger spice and baked apple, there’s a raw cashew-nut butter scent with a light leesy edge. Silky textured on the palate with a spicy mineral seam, refreshing and contrasting acid line and fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet. A light palate tickle from So2 and acidity add vibrato and freshness to the finish."
