His wine is made from Sangiovese and Nebbiolo fruit, which is picked specifically for making Rosé.

These Italian varieties suit a more savoury and structured style of Rosé, but as with all of Owen Latta's wonderful creations, the drinkability here is off the charts. This Rosé is light as a feather, yet persistent at the same time. It's a delicate wine with plenty of nuance, no additions and a bucket load of personality.
