Hernö Sloe Gin 500ml

Hernö's Sloe Gin is a blend of Swedish Gin, organic sloe berries and local honey. A delicious Scandinavian take on the English classic. Use it in a Sloe Gin Sour:

• 45ml Hernö Sloe Gin
• 25ml lemon juice
• 15ml simple syrup - like Crawley's Cocktail Simple
• 10ml egg whites

Pour gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker. Shake everything without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass.
