Gabriel Boudier Crème de Mûres 700ml

Obtained by macerating wild blackberries from Morocco and Chile. This blackberry cream produces a delicious Kir when added to champagne, sparkling wines and dry white wines, or in an ever-popular Bramble:

  • 45ml dry gin, such as Brookie's
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup - we use Crawley's Cocktail Simple
  • 1 tbsp Gabriel Boudier Crème de Mûres
  • Lemon half-wheel
  • Fresh blackberries, if available

Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into an Old-Fashioned tumbler filled with crushed ice. Slowly pour the Crème de Mûres over the top of the drink, and garnish with a lemon half-wheel and fresh blackberries, if you have them.
