From sites at 500 – 600m, alluvial soils with porphyry. Pre-pressing skin contact, fermented in stainless steel, 7 months aging on fine lees until bottling.

The special microclimate characterized by the big temperature differences between day and night, as well as the mineral soil, create a fresh and elegant Pinot Bianco that delights with fruity varietal character including green apples and pear. A very elegant, textural mouth feel, with a long fine finish. Superb.
