"Aged for an average of 10 years in seasoned oak casks, 20.0% alc. Deep tawny colour with some dark mahogany hues. The nose is very finely concentrated and tightly bound, with a deep core, showing crystalized fruits, raisins, and nutty rancio that unfolds detailed interest and complexing nuances. Medium sweet to taste, the richness and sweetness is stylishly restrained, but there is a concentrated heart of dried fruits and nuts, a little toffee nuance. Complexing rancio is subtle and interwoven seamlessly. This has excellent alcohol drive and purity, with very fine, drying textures. The depth and linearity of flavours is the highlight and the finish is dry, very long and lingering. This is a textbook, drier Dow’s 10 Y.O. Tawny. Perfect with nuts and baked desserts or hard cheeses."

Dow’s old Tawnies are well known for their remarkable raisiny, dried fruit flavours, exquisite creamy texture and an exceptionally long, lingering and traditionally drier finish. This 10 Year Old Port is smooth, well balanced and mature and is ready for drinking now. Dow’s 10 Years Old Tawny has a bright tawny colour. On the nose brimming with aromas of candied fruit and toffee, beautifully combined with some mature ripe fruit. On the palate vibrant nutty flavours, perfect balance and with a lovely long finish.
