The 2020 ‘Le Manse’ Côtes Catalanes is an almost unheard of blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon. The structure is amazing. Fragrant and delicate and yet muscular and full bodied. Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee and all that! Dark succulent fruit, spice, cinnamon - in fact take all the descriptors of those five grape varieties, stick them in a tasting note and you've pretty much nailed it. Lovely, super-gluggable, summer BBQ red."
