“Here too the wood treatment is quite generous on the fresh and mildly exotic nose that reflects notes of pear, apple and white peach. The rich, opulent and lush medium-bodied flavors coat the palate with dry extract that also buffers the firm acid spine shaping the clean and bone-dry finale. This is also a bit woody but there is a reasonable chance it will digest its oak with a few years of keeping.”
