For new wave, elegant Garnacha, these are your wines. Cuevas de Arom are all about capturing subtlety. The wines take you on a taste journey, from red berries and blueberries to lightly spiced, smoked characteristics. They're fresh and acidic while also being intense and complex. 

This more refined style of Garnacha is achieved through gentler extraction and less influence from oak. Whole bunch fermentation allows them to attain depth and freshness, even from particularly warm areas. They age in the perfect natural coolness of the cave, where they use a variety of vessels from concrete tanks and eggs, to foudres and barrels.
