"The single-vineyard Garnacha 2018 Os Cantals comes from a north-facing 70-year-old plot on red, iron-rich soils. It fermented in open-top oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and 50% full clusters that were foot trodden and matured in large barrels for 13 months. It's a complete and seamless vintage, with ripe fruit, wild herbs and flowers, and the wine combines volume with length, showing the inner power of Borja in a more elongated way. 4,780 bottles were filled in February 2020."
