"Here’s a new natural wine range under swing top seals in unique bottles that the label encourages you to reuse – clever. Look the goods as always, too. Lemon ginger tea scents and flavours with licks of almond and pronounced marzipan characters to taste. Quite a sweet feeling wine, rich in a way, despite the dry-ish chomp to finish. Nice bright bubbles in the mix, soft texture in tow. Needs to be drunk at the depths of cold to tighten it up, but makes for a pleasant fizzy wine for sure"

This is a vibrant and fruit driven style full of energy and refreshment. There is a  great juxtaposition between fresh and bruised apples, hints of yeasty complexity and a dry finish that is full of vivacity. 

Made in the Traditional ‘Pet Nat’ way - Chardonnay juice was put in to bottle with no additions to ferment and produce a naturally sparkling style full of refreshment.
