Château Gaillarteau is located in Mourens, in Entre-deux-Mers , in the Bordeaux region . It belongs to the Dubourg family , which is committed to using traditional methods of harvesting and maintaining the cultivation of the vine, but also modern methods of vinification with micro-oxygenation and thermo-vinification while respecting the environment.
The 2021 vintage is a blend of Merlot (54%), Cabernet Sauvignon (44%) and Cabernet Franc (2%) whose vines are 25 years old. Vinification is traditional in stainless steel vats.
