The Entre-Deux-Mers region in Bordeaux produces white wines of superb freshness with a touch of richness. White flowers, citrus and tropical fruit are some of the aromas and flavours that characterize these wines. The Domaine du Cheval Blanc is a 40 hectare estate that combine the classic Bordeaux white varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Muscadelle. These are incredibly versatile wines that will also keep for a few years in the cellar.

Classic white Bordeaux blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc, 38% Semillon, the Chateau de Cathalogne 2022 has an attractive light golden colour with greenish reflections. On the nose the deep, intense aroma of the wine reveals notes of grapefruit, white peach, black currant and flowers. On the palate the wine has a soft, refreshing, rounded flavour with balanced acidity, citrus shades and harmonious aftertaste.
