"When it comes to value and flavour, Côtes du Rhône is known for constantly over-delivering.  The new vintage of Bonpas Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu absolutely smashes it out of the park for quality and value. Much credit for this lovely wine has to be given to Plan de Dieu terroir with its clay soils with rounded pebbles, and good exposure to sun and wind. The result is a rich, warming and seductively smooth red full of herb scented, velvety black fruit, liquorice and spice."

We’ve been fans of the Bonpas wines for a while but we haven’t managed to get enough wine out of them...till now! We are delighted to bag this rich, spicy Réserve Côtes du Rhône, particularly thrilling in another tasty Rhône vintage. It is a classic velvety Grenache, enhanced with a little peppery, blackberry rich Syrah. Well ripened in the warm sunshine of 2022, and very moreish – Rhône red at its most appealing best.
