Askerne Dessert Cabernet 2018 375ml

This delicious dessert wine is a fortified wine made from a blend of the best Cabernet Sauvignon (90%) and Syrah (10%), picked at optimal ripeness, fermented and then lightly fortified to preserve the fruit sugars and alluring aromatics.

Brooding, sumptuous and fruity with aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry and spice.  The palate is generous with layers of fruit and soft tannins.  This wine is a perfect accompaniment to dark chocolate.
