Certified organic this is made up of a blend of 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and 15% Mourvedre. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of dark raspberries and hints of liquorice laced with fresh herbs are followed by scorched earth and spice. Light to medium weight ripe dark cherry and raspberry flavours meld into traces of red liquorice, earth and spice. Fine grained tannins.
