"Made with a blend of Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc - the bouquet and palate showcase aromas and flavours of fresh red apple skin and rose petals, sweet raspberry and blueberry flesh. The texture is firm with some chalky tannins, crisp with plenty of acidity. A wine of texture and mouthfeel, individual and attention seeking, ripe, fruity and quite delicious - reminding me a little of apple and blackberry pie."

Deep red hue. Vibrant and bright aroma of strawberry, cranberry, rose hip, cardamom and petrichor.  Bright on the pallet, mineral and long with tamarillo, wild berry, and liquorice flavours. This is an unfiltered wine with small amounts of sediment. 

Unfined and unfiltered. Serve chilled.
